Ever disappointed when you’re craving Stone’s Smoked Vanilla Porter or Ballast Point’s Ginger Big Eye and there is not a drop left in the barrel?  Here’s a solution worth trying… place a  sliced raw madagascar vanilla bean or some candied ginger in the bottom of a growler before getting it filled with the beer of your choice.  **CAUTION: Rinse or sanitize your growler first, and make sure the urgent growler-filler-dude doesn’t rinse or sanitize the bottle with your secret ingredients inside**

Let the beer sit for a day or two, and upon opening… Voila!  An aroma of delicious, naturally-flavored beer to the face.
